Power Sealer XL / PSR PLUS XL

The PSR (PLUS) XL models are stainless steel impulse sealers which are specially designed for e ortlessly sealing extra-large PE/PA/ Aluminum Laminates and anti-static fi lm types. The available seal bar lengths are 2000 and 2500 mm. Due to the heavy-duty construction and the high performance (bi-active) seal bars, thick and/or special fi lms are sealed e ortlessly, ensuring an optimized protection for your product. The large seal width enables the quick production of large (custom-made) bags / dust covers for large components or large product volumes with a straight and secure 8 mm seal.

The PSR XL comes in two models: the standard Power Sealer XL and the validatable Power Sealer PLUS XL (PSR PLUS XL) which can be used in validated processes for optimized product control and packaging safety.

Vacuum and/or gas flush options:

Both the PSR XL and PSR PLUS XL can be equipped with an integrated vacuum / gas flush system: VAC PSR XL and VAC PSR PLUS XL. The VAC PSR (PLUS) XL models are standard equipped with a wide nozzle which prevents the fi lm from being sucked into the nozzle and therefore guarantees a smooth vacuum process. If Modifi ed Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) is required the machine is able to repeat a multicycle of vacuum/ gas flush (up to 5 times if required) for optimal shelf life of perishable products.
