Steam ejector + heat exchanger + water seal pump + cooling tower for a low-cost vacuum cooler

 These machines cool products to 10°C by means of efficient depressurization by a high-capacity heat exchanger and the creation of a high level of vacuum during the second stage of cooling using a steam ejector. An efficient vacuum pump allows them to process four batches per hour.

 These models use a cooling temperature of 10°C (giving them the same capacity as Type FCG models). They can process three batches per hour, making them ideal for applications with comparatively low processing volume.

Thanks to its use of a dry vacuum pump, these coolers have zero water consumption. They also use a brine cooler and high-efficiency heat exchanger to keep water consumption at zero. Designed to cool products to 10°C using only electricity, they feature an extremely simple design.
